FROM THE NORTH 

• Take 89 south to Exit 12A
• Right off exit onto Springfield road, go 1/2 mile
• Right on Rt. 11, go 4 miles
• Right on Sargent Road then take first right into Sunapee Condominium Complex

FROM THE SOUTH 

• Take 89 north to Exit 12 New London/Sunapee
• Left on NH-11, go 5 miles
• Right on Sargent Road, then first right into Sunapee Condominium Complex

FROM THE EAST

• Take NH-11 west to I-89.
• Take I-89 north for one exit.
• Take Exit 12, New London/Sunapee. 
• Left on NH-11, go 5 miles 
• Right on Sargent Road, then first right into Sunapee Condominium Complex

FROM THE WEST

• Take Washington St/NH-11 to S. Main St. in Newport
• Left on S. Main St., go 2 miles
• Right on NH-103/NH-11 (Sunapee St.) Go 3.2 miles.
• Take slight right onto NH-11  east. 
• Go 2.5 miles and turn left onto Sargent Road, then first right into the Sunapee Condominium Complex.
