Jan Halley, Owner
Occupational Therapist
Jan graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She brings 30+ years' experience working with the pediatric population and with school-aged children. Jan has provided in-service training and statewide consultation to other therapists, special education teams, and early supports and services staff. She has extensive experience in working with infants and toddlers, children with complex medical needs, and children with multiple disabilities. She has also worked with children with sensory integrative disorders, visual perceptual issues, positioning and mobility needs, and assistive technology. Jan is certified in Interactive Metronome (IM), Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention and and Intervention, and Astronaut Training: A Sound Activated Vestibular-Visual Protocol. Jan is a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. She has specific expertise in visual impairment and hearing loss.
Janet Correia - Administrator
Occupational Therapist - Retired
Janet graduated in 1998 from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Her career experience includes marketing and sales in the computer industry as well as founding two previous, successful businesses. She came to OT in Motion with experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care and rehabilitation care servicing people of all ages, and working with children from birth through elementary school age. Janet was certified to administer the Sensory Integration Praxis Test (SIPT) and continued to increase her knowledge and expertise in servicing children on the Autism Spectrum and with Sensory Processing Disorders. She was certified in Interactive Metronome (IM), Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention, and Astronaut Training (A Sound Activated Vestibular-Visual Protocol). Janet has participated in several research projects related to sensory integrative dysfunction. Janet retired in 2021 and now fills the role of administrator for OT in Motion.

Barbara Cloutier, MS, OTR/L
Barbara graduated from the University of New England in 2006 with a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. She practiced in Maine at an Outpatient Sensory Clinic for three years before transitioning back to New Hampshire. She joined an Early Intervention team and loves providing in-home, family-centered care. While working in EI, Barbara was asked to become part of the Nutrition, Feeding, and Swallowing Team, where she travels around the state with a dietician, providing consultative support to children, families, EI, and school teams. She has been a part of that team for almost 10 years. Barbara took some time off from direct treatment while raising her two young boys and is excited to be back in the clinic. She provides whole family, holistic treatment. Barbara is certified in Infant Massage and is also Reiki Master. In her spare time she loves being a mom as well as cooking, gardening, running, and practicing yoga.
Thea Crawford, Physical Therapist
Thea graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She has been working with infants and children for over 30 years in a variety of settings including hospital/ NICU, multidisciplinary clinics, schools and early intervention. Thea currently travels all over western NH doing home visits with babies and toddlers. She enjoys practicing in a family centered transdisciplinary approach. Thea is the proud mom of three adult "children" and two "fur babies" - Cita (shown in picture) and Junipurr the kitty. She enjoys yoga, walking in the woods, kayaking, reading and going to the beach!
